1. Who we are
Nexunify ("Nexunify", "the Service", "we", "us") is a unified social media management platform operated by: Julien Dieu Phoenixia — sole proprietorship registered in the Polish CEIDG register. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Nexunify is a product of Phoenixia Studio.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide: account (email, hashed password, name, language) to create/secure your account; billing (address, country, company, VAT number, currency) for compliant invoicing; business eligibility (proof, Young Start-up plan); content (post instructions, drafts, styles, uploaded images/videos) to provide the core service; support messages. We never collect card numbers — entered directly with our payment processor. Data from connected social accounts: an access token to act on your behalf within approved scopes, your account identifier and public name on the platform, statistics for posts published through Nexunify. Minimum permissions requested; never your private messages or contacts. Automatic data: technical (IP, browser, device, timestamps), usage (features, generations, N.C. consumed), error/performance data. Consent records: accepted version of Terms/Policy, timestamp, IP, user agent.
3. Why we process your data, and on what legal basis
Providing the service, publishing, statistics → performance of a contract. Billing, accounting, tax → legal obligation. Security, fraud prevention → legitimate interest. Service improvement, diagnostics → legitimate interest. Marketing emails → consent (withdrawable anytime). We never use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell your data.
4. Who we share data with
Processors bound by a data processing agreement: cloud hosting and database (EU), media storage (EU), payment processing (EU/US), transactional email (EU), AI model providers (US), error monitoring (EU). Full list available on request at [email protected]. Social platforms receive the content you choose to publish, at publication time, and process it under their own policy. Transfers outside the EU covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep your data
Posts Studio drafts: 7 days then auto-deleted. Published posts/stats, account/profile data: for the life of the account. Social access tokens: until disconnection/expiry. Invoices/accounting: 5 years (Polish tax law). Consent records: 3 years after account closure. On deletion: data deleted/anonymised within 30 days (except legally required records).
6. Your rights
GDPR: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, objection, portability, withdraw consent anytime, complaint to UODO (Poland) or your country's authority. Contact: [email protected], response within one month. Delete account: Settings → Account → Delete account (immediately revokes social tokens), or email [email protected] ("Data deletion request"). Disconnect one network: Profiles → network → Disconnect.
7. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Social access tokens encrypted separately with dedicated keys, never logged. Restricted, logged access to production data. Customer accounts isolated at database level (RLS). Breach notification per GDPR where your rights are affected.
8. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies (auth, security — cannot be disabled) and preference cookies (language, interface). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
9. Children
Not intended for anyone under 18. Contact us for deletion if a minor created an account.
10. Beta version
Nexunify is in beta: features may change, interruptions possible, without reducing your rights.
11. Changes to this policy
Material changes notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Each version archived and dated.
